Airfare: We recommend that our American participants fly out Friday 25/7-2008 with arrival Saturday morning, the 26/7-2008 in Munich, Germany. The return flight should be booked for Sunday 3/8-2008 from Munich, Germany (31) or Sunday 10/8-2008 (31+32).

Last day: Last day for signing up (and paying deposit) is the 25th of May, 2008.

Saldo: Once we have received your booking form and deposit, we will confirm your booking via e-mail and inform you about your remaining saldo. The remaining saldo is due a month before departure and should be wired to the same bank account. Note: Your bank may charge a fee for a wire transfer. Please ensure Bike Italien receives full payment!

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, Bike Italien will charge a fee of $50. In case of cancellation later than one month before departure, the deposit will not be returned. In case of cancellation less that two weeks before departure, payment will not be returned. Make sure that you have a travel insurance that covers your payment in case of sickness a.o. immediately prior to departure.
