Airfare: We recommend that our American participants fly out Friday 14/3-2008 with arrival Saturday morning, the 15/3-2008 in Milano Malpensa, Italy. The return flight should be booked for Sunday 23/3-2008 from Malpensa, Italy.

Signing up: Signing up is easy! All you need to do, is to fill in and submit the online booking form below and make a deposit by wire transfer: $500 (U.S. dollars) to our bank in Denmark.

Last day: Last day for signing up (and paying deposit) is the 15th of January, 2008.

Saldo: Once we have received your booking form and deposit, we will confirm your booking via e-mail and inform you about your remaining saldo. The remaining saldo is due a month before departure and should be wired to the same bank account. Note: Your bank may charge a fee for a wire transfer. Please ensure Bike Italien receives full payment!

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, Bike Italien will charge a fee of $50. In case of cancellation later than one month before departure, the deposit will not be returned. In case of cancellation less that two weeks before departure, payment will not be returned. Make sure that you have a travel insurance that covers your payment in case of sickness a.o. immediately prior to departure.
