In Pursuit of Giro d'Italia, Easter 2009

The price includes 7 nights, three star hotels with half pension (excl. drinks), all transport (except for airfare), excursions, wellness center, guides, follow-vehicle, and a cycle jersey. Single-rooms cost a surcharge of $25 pr. night pr. person.

We will make sure the rooms of every hotel live up to the requirements of tired sports folks!

Airfare: We recommend that our American participants fly out Tuesday the 7th of April 2009 with arrival Wednesday, the 8th of April 2009 in Milano, Italy. The return flight should be booked for Wednesday 15th of April 2009 from Milano, Italy.

Signing up: Signing up is easy! All you need to do, is to fill in and submit the online booking form below and make a deposit by wire transfer: $500 (U.S. dollars) to our bank in Denmark.

Last day: Last day for signing up (and paying deposit) is the 15th of March, 2009.

Saldo: Once we have received your booking form and deposit, we will confirm your booking via e-mail and inform you about your remaining saldo. The remaining saldo is due a month before departure and should be wired to the same bank account. Note: Your bank may charge a fee for a wire transfer. Please ensure Bike Italien receives full payment!

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, Bike Italien will charge a fee of $50. In case of cancellation later than one month before departure, the deposit will not be returned. In case of cancellation less that two weeks before departure, payment will not be returned. Make sure that you have a travel insurance that covers your payment in case of sickness a.o. immediately prior to departure.
