Online booking: On this page you can book you biking holiday with Bike Italien online. Remember to check the calender (menu) to see if the week, you have chosen, is vacant before you book your vacation!

Biking Holidays can be booked up to a month before the start of the vacation, if you want to arrive in Italy by airplane. Are you coming to Italy by car, feel free to contact us any time.

Deposit: The day after you have completed your online-booking modular, please send €300 pr. person to: Den Danske Bank, reg. nr. 3346, konto 3346-253576 in Denmark. Remember to write your name(s) on the money transfer.

Saldo: You will receive a calculation of your saldo on an e-mail three days after paying your deposit. The saldo should be payed on the same account no later than a month before departure.

Itinerary: We will send you a confirmation that the deposit is received. The final itinerary and your tickets will be send with e-mail. Routes and maps etc. will be given to you on arrival.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your holiday, we will charge you a cancellation fee of €50. If you cancel later than one month before departure, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel later than two weeks before departure, you are not entitled to a refund of your payment.

If the client of Bike Italien...: 1) ....fail to appear in the airport 2) ....is late for his/her flight 3) ....can't travel because his/her passport is not valid, the client is not entitled to a refund.
